How long do custom pieces take? Most custom projects are designed within 2–5 business days after we confirm details, then produced and shipped.

Do I need an account to order? No. Custom requests and checkout never require an account.

Can you work from an old or blurry photo? Usually yes. Send it over and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Do you travel for parties? Party kits ship anywhere. Local in-person experiences are available by request.
